Boats and boating have been an integral part of my life since I learned to sail on Barnegat Bay, New Jersey as a kid. While having spent the early part of my working career in the scientific instrument business, until I took an early retirement, I’ve always found time to sail or be involved in building or restoring a boat of some kind. Now that I’m out of the instrument business I’m able to focus my full attention and energy into my true passion, boating.
When not helping someone find the perfect sail or powerboat, I can be found cruising the New England water out of Jamestown, RI on Narragansett Bay on my Freedom cat ketch or restored Eastern motor launch. I hold a USCG 50 Ton Masters captains license and have a good understanding of what the “right” boat is for someone based on a person’s experience or desires. I have a strong client-friendly focus and would be delighted to help you sell your present boat or help you find your next one, even if it's your first.
