The Vicem 58 Classic is a high-performance motor yacht that will reconnect you to the water and travel. The engines and four baffled fuel tanks are mounted amidships low in the hull. This enables the careful balance of the largest components and maintains a low center of gravity on this express cruiser design. The result?  Unsurpassed stability, balance, and comfort underway without the use of stabilizers.  Hull speed or planing speed, the Classic's down-east cruiser form rides soft and steady to allow passengers easy movement above or below decks.  The boat also has a full installation of Soundown soundproofing so you can speak at normal conversation levels even when moving at maximum speed. And the airdraft of 19' passes under the bridges of the Great Loop.

The large tank capacities (1100 fuel, 250 water, 120 gallons blackwater) allow for an unhurried lifestyle- no hurry to  fill up or empty tanks.  The commodious lazarette gives enormous storage space as well as a work shop area, and all systems (AC, Electrical, plumbing, steering, trim tab, batteries, tanks, vents, pumps, strainers) are easily accessible in the fully lighted space.  The engine room allows access to all sides of both engines and both gensets, with additional room to store spare filters and fluids.  The fully plumbed Reverso oil change system pumps and vacuums engines, transmissions, and generators without hauling or spilling engine fluids.

The galley is equipped with the finest house-hold size appliances and fixtures running on ample power.  A power cooktop hood vents to the outdoors to remove cooking smoke, the enormous storage and ample electrical outlets mean you feel like you're living at home rather than camping.  Fully vented, automatic Bosch washer and dryer allow you to wash and dry clothes and towels as often as you wish.  The cockpit includes a kitchen area with ice maker, fridge, sink, and Bosch BBQ grill, all located under a beautiful mahogany folding cover.  12V and 110V outlets mean you can keep phones and devices charging, and use regular household size appliances - once again bringing comfort and convenience of your home to the water.

Each cabin and the main salon has its own thermostatically controlled heat/ AC units, lighting, TV and full bathroom with enclosed shower.  The lighting and mirrors will rival the convenience of your home's master bathroom, and the master shower includes a full seat for luxurious soaking.  There's also a fresh water shower system at the swim-step as well as at the bow - you'll never worry about running out of water with the twin tanks of fresh water and 220V water heater, coupled to Seagull IV filtration system.

Anchoring is simplified by having controls at both the bow and at the helm.  The massive Ultra anchor sets instantly, held in place by 5/8" chain.  When it's time to leave the automatic power anchor wash cleans the chain before it reaches the bow locker.  The lighted  bow locker is large enough for captain or mate to stand inside, granting storage space for all deck equipment and line.  Songbird includes sunbrella covers and phifertex sun shades, stamoid mooring cover, and custom dinghy cover.

The interior of the Vicem 58 Classic is finished in satin varnished mahogany with varnished mahogany flooring and ebony inlay. Custom carpeting, upholstery and window treatments are found throughout. Three zones of reverse cycle heat and air conditioning and several opening ports and overhead hatches provide ample light and ventilation.

Custom designed, galley down, two cabin, two head interior plan which is configured as follows, starting forward:

Owners stateroom with island double bed with shelving outboard and lockers, cabinets and storage below. Large hanging lockers are aft on port and starboard with a chest of drawers also found on starboard. There is a flat panel television located on the starboard bulkhead with associated audio/video equipment in an adjacent cabinet.

The owners head is aft on port and features glass enclosed shower, vacuflush type marine toilet, stainless steel sink with Corian counter tops and abundant storage in lockers. Light and ventilation is provided by stainless steel opening ports and large overhead opening hatches.

Going aft on starboard is the guest cabin featuring fore and aft twin bunks with storage below in lockers and drawers, shelving outboard and a hanging locker forward on starboard. There is a flat panel television mounted to starboard, forward.

The guest head is forward of the cabin and consists of glass enclosed shower, stainless steel sink with Corian counter tops, storage in lockers and opening ports and overhead hatches for light and ventilation.

Opposite on port is the huge U-shaped galley equipped with Gaggenau 4 burner cooktop with oven, Bosch Microwave/convection oven, Sub-Zero front opening refrigerator and twin Sub-Zero freezer drawers. Excellent storage is found in many cabinets, lockers and drawers. A large overhead opening hatch and two opening ports provide light and ventilation.

Up four steps going aft is the main salon which features the helm station with double wide helm seat on starboard and a chart table/breakfast table with custom mahogany/leather chairs opposite on port.

Going aft on starboard is the settee with custom Hi-Lo mahogany table. Opposite on port is the entertainment center with two barrel chairs, recessed and electrically raised flat panel television with Bose 321 entertainment system, KVH Satellite system, Direct TV and a custom wet bar with beverage dispenser, sink and ice tray.

Going aft is the huge cockpit with L-settee on port with storage below, weighted Hi-Lo table and transom door on starboard which leads to the custom, oversized swim platform with ladder. Forward and starboard in the cockpit is a varnished equipment cabinet which includes refrigerator with freezer, ice maker and electric cooktop.
