C&C 37's don't frequently coming up for sale, as they tend to be quite cherished by their owners.

Below Deck
V Berth forward with storage. Just aft and to port is the customary enclosed head, while to stb'd is a hanging locker and storage.The saloon consists of seating/berths to Port and Stb'd with center mounted folding leaf table.
To Port and aft of the saloon is the nav station, with an additional quarter berth, while to Stb'd is the U shaped galley.
The cabin sole is teak and holly, there are also two overhead opening ports, for light and ventilation.
New Raritan head installed, 2020 which included charcoal vent filter.
Galley consists of a refrigerator, 3 burner, propane stove and a double drain stainless steel sink with cold and hot water.
