Mark was fantastic to work with. Mark was patient, helpful, responsive, resourceful and above all, genuine. He was patient with all my questions. Mark educated us about a "new to us" class of boats, the buying process and so many little details along the way. He made himself available without reserve despite our not being his most lucrative clients. Mark wanted to and was at survey. Mark followed our trip home (Long Island, NY to Boston). He even called a few weeks post transaction to confirm all was well. Mark demonstrated to me why when I spoke with others in the local boating community they knew and respected him.
