This Floating Cabin has completed it's electrical inspection and is constructed on (4x)48' Aluminum Pontoons with lumber decking, vinyl siding, and a metal roof - attached dock is constructed on plastic encapsulated styrofoam floats with lumber decking, making it 26a permit eligible, though grey water collection will need to be added to be fully 26a compliant.

This 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Floating Cabin is equipped with two Queen Bedrooms, plus a queen size sleeper sofa and an additional twin bed when extra sleeping space is needed - Sleeps 7. A full bathroom features a marine head/toilet, shower/tub, and vanity sink with medicine cabinet. The interior features 7' 7.75'' of cabin headroom throughout. Carpet & Tile flooring is installed throughout the interior. A 42'' Vizio HDTV with soundbar and bluray player can be found in the living room along with an assortment of DVDs, Blurays, and books for those rainy days, and a pair of recliners along with the queen sleeper sofa.

Comfort is provided by a Carrier Central Heat/Air Conditioning HVAC 2-Ton unit, (3)interior ceiling fans (bedrooms and living room/kitchen) as well as an outdoor ceiling fan (under the covered patio) and the cabin is constructed with dual pane windows throughout.

Additional features include a lake water pump with 2-stage filters and an Ultra-Violet Light, a 19 gallon electric water heater, a 4-step swim boarding ladder, additional swim boarding ladder (not shown/not installed), (2)exterior storage lockers, exterior patio furniture, and much more is included and the current mooring location on Norris Lake is transferable!
