FAT SUE, a 2000 Albemarle 305 Express Fisherman, is a classic example – she is solidly built, generously beamed, and weighing in at approximately 15,000 pounds.

Powered by twin 300 hp Caterpillar 3126 diesels with 3,000 +/- hours, she cruises comfortably at 18–22 knots and tops out around 30. Electronics include 2025 SIMRAD GPS 12” Eco 3/fishfinder, autopilot, and radar, and an ICOM VHF, with SIMRAD controls, a bench seat and bimini and at her upper helm.   Her wide-open cockpit is an angler’s dream, with an 11' beam, tuna door, livewell, outriggers, spreader lights, underwater lights, a 4-person liferaft, and plenty of working room for serious fishing. Below, FAT SUE offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4, with a Galley with refrigerator and GoldStar microwave, and an enclosed head and shower. Upgrades include a HALO transducer, and reconditioned props (2023).
