  The 2003 Jefferson Pilothouse 53 is a capable and comfortable cruising yacht designed for extended stays aboard and confident offshore cruising. With her raised pilothouse, spacious interior, and generous accommodations, she offers an excellent combination of livability, visibility, and range.

  "Perseverance" provides substantial volume throughout the vessel while maintaining a practical layout for cruising and entertaining. The raised pilothouse offers excellent visibility from the helm while providing a comfortable space to operate the vessel in virtually any weather. The large salon features plenty of seating and natural light, creating an inviting area for relaxing with family and guests.

  The interior is thoughtfully arranged for extended cruising, with multiple private staterooms, generous head accommodations, and a well-appointed galley. Large windows throughout the main living areas provide excellent visibility and bring plenty of natural light into the living spaces.

The Jefferson 53 Pilothouse offers a comfortable and versatile three-cabin, two-head layout, making her well suited for extended cruising, family getaways, or accommodating guests.

The full-beam master stateroom provides a spacious and private retreat, with ample storage and comfortable accommodations. The master is complemented by a dedicated en-suite head.

The forward guest cabin features comfortable sleeping accommodations with the island queen along with generous storage, while the third cabin offers additional flexibility for guests, family, or use as a dedicated bunk room. The three-cabin configuration provides excellent separation between living and sleeping areas, allowing multiple guests to enjoy the boat comfortably.

Machinery & Tanks 

Powered by twin Caterpillar C-12 diesel engines, this Jefferson 53 Pilothouse delivers the dependable performance and long-range capability expected of a serious cruising yacht. The machinery space provides access to the vessel's mechanical systems for routine inspection and service, while the robust Caterpillar powerplants are well suited for extended cruising.

The vessel carries an impressive 1,000-gallon fuel capacity, providing substantial range for extended passages and minimizing the need for frequent fuel stops. A 290-gallon freshwater capacity supports comfortable extended stays aboard, complemented by a 75-gallon holding tank.
