Accommodations:
Dick Vermeulen built over 100 Maine Cat 30’s offering excellent catamaran sailing performance in a small package at an affordable price. Lady Grey is a 2003 model and is one of the nicest MC 30’s we’ve seen in recent years.
She’s been well equipped and well maintained.
Lady Grey has a wide open center cockpit with center helm, removable teak table and seating forward with seating ourboard and aft.
There is a hard top with almost new isinglass/canvas full enclosure. There is an additional aft canvas cover and the vessel has a full aft enclosure making sailing in inclement weather ideal.
Port side is a spacious galley with a forward berth area that is used as a sail storage area.

All lines lead to the cockpit for easy shorthanded sailing.
Single Daggerboard allow the MC 30 to point high while going to wind.

Full instrumentation is at the center helm with wheel and additional displays forward above the dinette table at the base of the hard top for easy viewing by the skipper as well as crew.
