Overview
Both motors were replaced 5 yrs ago. The following items were replaced 4 yrs ago or less. Raymarine Axiom 9 chart plotter, Raymarine Quanton Doppler radar, Raymarine heading sensor, cockpit refrigerator and side curtains. The touch pads for controling the propritary electronic relays for nav lights, horn, and wipers etc. at the helm are new ( they are very hard to source). There is an electric windlass, remote spotlight, and 6 speaker stereo system. Below deck there is sleeping for 5, dinette, full galley with refrigerator, freezer, stove heating and air conditioning, vac-u-flush head, micro wave , hot and cold pressure water, tv and DVD player. Boat is SPOTLESS, fresh wax, exterior cockpit rugs. Owner has spared no expense in her upkeep and maintenance.

Forward you have an athwartships queen bed with a ventilation hatch and hanging locker. Aft to port is the spacious galley area followed by the enclosed head with shower. Aft to starboard you have the dinette area followed by the aft cabin. Up a couple of steps to the helm deck with the helm to starboard and a double wide helm seat. On the port side you have a wet bar with sink and refrigerator. Aft to the cockpit area with U-shaped seating and a table. Out the transom door to the extended swim platform with ladder.
