His extensive leadership background includes serving as Boston’s Port Captain for City Experiences by Hornblower, where he successfully managed a commercial fleet of over 50 vessels. As an entrepreneur, Rick founded multiple highly successful schooner and expedition cruise lines, spearheading complex marine operations to remote global destinations such as Greenland and the Arctic. His deep technical fluency in steel, fiberglass, and traditional wooden hull systems ensures that buyers and sellers receive data-driven, structurally sound counsel on every vessel asset.

Deb Read Miles – Strategic Marketing & Design Specialist
